If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size change, item exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

1. 1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@cardantec.it.
      The email must specify the codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation: size change, item change, or refund.
      Once the return request has been received, Cardantec SRL will send the Customer a written confirmation.
   2. In case of exchange of goods, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
   3. The customer can choose 2 types of compensation: 
       
      1. Exchange of goods or item
         It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.
         It is also possible to exchange the product with a different item.
         
         
      2. Refund
         Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
         For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement.
         The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
         For orders paid with Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
         The refund will be made for the full amount of the order excluding shipping costs paid during order registration (if any).
   4. The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

• Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

• All products must be returned together with their original box (where present during delivery), which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as single outer packaging.

• Returns must be sent to VIA LEONARDO DA VINCI, 45 41030 BASTIGLIA (MO).

• In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Cardantec SRL, he is required to follow the same instructions above. Cardantec SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

• Cardantec SRL will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
